Nursing workers represent a significant proportion of the hospital workforce. In recent times, focus is puton increasing efficacy with reducing concurrent risks in this population. Many researches imply onincluding workplace modifications and various exercises to reduce number absenteeism heightenthe quality work. As low back ache most prevalent, study targets on determining effects ofworkstation exercise ergonomic intervention it.Purpose -Nursing staff base primary healthcare provision Indian background. The mostcommon reason for early retirement, sickness absenteeism, decline working population nurses islow pain. With proper evidence, workstation activities nursing will mitigate oreliminate issue area healthcare.Methods: There be 3 groups, group, modification group controlgroup each consisting 40 patients selected from fixed criterion. They graded QOL scaleand pain scale during start treatment after 2 months compare results determine whichtherapy gets better results.Results: Statistical analysis done study’s completed by use concise inferentialtests Student’sdistribution t test single combined analysis, one-way Analysis Variance (F)ANOVA Multiple Comparison: Turkey Test analytical tools SPSS24.0 version GraphPad Prism 6.0 p<0.05 known as value point.Conclusions: Both training result reduction backpain proving more effective. Publication conducting thestudy obtaining through statistical analysis.
